Welcome to the Vidyfy Community Guidelines. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and creative environment where users can share videos, learn, express themselves, and connect with others.

All users — whether viewers, creators, or guests — are expected to follow these guidelines. By using Vidyfy, you agree to comply with them at all times.

2. Content Rules

We encourage freedom of expression, but certain types of content are prohibited:

  • No nudity or sexually explicit material — including implied or partial nudity.
  • No violent or graphic content intended to shock, harass, or harm others.
  • No hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.

  • No promotion of illegal or dangerous acts, including drugs, weapons, or self-harm.

All uploaded content must follow local laws and international copyright standards.

3. Interaction Standards

We expect all community interactions to be respectful. Please avoid:

  • Harassing or threatening others in comments or messages
  • Spamming or repetitive self-promotion
  • Sharing private information (yours or others') without consent
  • Bullying or personal attacks of any kind

Comments and engagements should contribute positively to the Vidyfy experience.

  • Only upload content you created or have explicit rights to use.
  • Do not re-upload or redistribute content from other platforms or creators.
  • Content owners may report copyright violations.
  • Repeat violations may result in permanent account suspension.

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and honor takedown requests.

5. Reporting and Moderation

Users can report videos, comments, or channels that violate these guidelines. To report content:

  • Click the Report button available on any video, comment, or user profile
  • Provide a brief explanation of the violation
  • Our team will review and take action within 24–48 hours

6. Violations and Consequences

If a user violates these guidelines, we may take any of the following actions:

  • Remove the offending content
  • Issue warnings or temporary restrictions
  • Mark content as restricted and remove it from public visibility
  • Suspend or permanently delete the user’s account

Serious or repeated violations will lead to permanent suspension.

7. Changes to These Guidelines

These guidelines may be updated periodically. Users will be notified if major changes are made. Continuing to use Vidyfy implies acceptance of any updates.
