How to Earn on Vidyfy

1. Overview

Vidyfy allows eligible creators to monetize their content through the VidyCreator and VidyBusiness programs. Monetization is currently only available to verified creators who meet the platform’s criteria. This article explains how monetization works, how to qualify, and what you can expect as a creator.

2. Requirements to Become a VidyCreator

To qualify for the VidyCreator program, you must meet the following:

✅ At least 20 public Vidyz (Mini or Standard)
✅ A minimum of 3,000 total watch hours
✅ At least 500 subscribers on your VidyChannel
✅ Active within the past 60 days (at least 1 Vidy posted)
✅ Channel must have:
- A completed bio
- A profile image
- A banner
✅ 2-step verification enabled
✅ Content must follow our Community Guidelines and copyright policy

Once these requirements are met, your channel will be reviewed automatically — no application is required.

3. Revenue Streams

Vidyfy is actively developing multiple monetization paths. As of now, approved creators will earn through:

Ad Revenue: A share of ads shown on your videos
Direct Sales via VidyCinema: For VidyBusiness users only

4. Payouts and Thresholds

Once you start earning, here's how payouts work:

Payout Threshold: $100 minimum
Payment Methods: Stripe, PayPal, direct deposit
For African countries: We support mobile money (Tigo Pesa, M-Pesa, Airtel Money — with more coming)
Payout Schedule: Monthly

Ensure your account details are up-to-date under Settings → Payout Information.

5. VidyBusiness & VidyCinema

If you want to go further, you can apply to become a VidyBusiness. This gives you additional privileges including:

✅ Ability to sell content directly through VidyCinema (movies, series, documentaries)
✅ Business-level support and analytics
✅ Participation in advertising and future marketplace features

Only VidyBusiness users can post to VidyCinema.
