Vidyfy Community Guidelines

These guidelines explain what is allowed and not allowed on Vidyfy.
They apply to all users, creators, and content.

Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or account suspension.

1. Respect Others

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or bully others
• Use hate speech or target people based on protected traits
• Encourage coordinated harassment or attacks

We want Vidyfy to be welcoming and safe for everyone.

2. Safe Content

You may not upload or share:

• Violence or threats of violence
• Graphic, gory, or shocking content
• Content promoting dangerous or harmful behavior

Content intended to disturb or intimidate others is not allowed.

3. Sexual Content & Nudity

You may not upload:

• Pornographic content
• Explicit sexual acts
• Sexualized nudity

Non-sexual context (education, art, news) may be allowed at our discretion.

4. Protection of Minors

Strictly prohibited:

• Sexual content involving minors
• Exploitation or endangerment of minors
• Content encouraging harm to minors

Any violation involving minors will result in immediate action.

5. Privacy & Personal Information

You may not:

• Share private or sensitive information without consent
• Dox, expose, or threaten to expose others
• Upload content containing personal data such as addresses, phone numbers, or IDs

Respect user privacy at all times.

6. Copyright & Ownership

You must:

• Upload only content you own or have permission to use
• Avoid re-uploading copyrighted videos, movies, or shows
• Respond promptly to copyright claims

Giving credit does not replace permission.

7. Scams, Spam & Manipulation

You may not:

• Run scams, phishing, or misleading schemes
• Post spam or repetitive promotional content
• Use bots or automation to inflate views, likes, or followers
• Sell or buy fake engagement

8. Creator Transparency

If you participate in the VidyCreator program, you must:

• Disclose sponsored or paid content
• Follow advertising laws and platform rules
• Avoid misleading financial or health claims

9. Reporting Violations

Users can report content or behavior through the app or Help Center.
We review all reports and take appropriate action.

10. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, actions may include:

• Content removal
• Feature or monetization restrictions
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account removal

11. Updates

These guidelines may be updated as the platform evolves.
Major changes will be communicated through VidyKnowledge or email.
